Job summary

Your Role as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant

What Were Looking For in a Higher Level Teaching Assistant

• An HLTA qualification or substantial classroom experience appropriate to a Higher Level Teaching Assistant role, including whole:class cover.
• A Higher Level Teaching Assistant with confident behaviour management and the judgement to work independently within school guidance.
• Strong primary curriculum knowledge and experience supporting individual pupils and groups.
• Safeguarding awareness and an enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness for one.
