Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is partnering with a welcoming primary school in BS4 to recruit a Primary Educator for September. You will support learning across ages 4-11, work with small groups and individuals, and help create a positive classroom environment that fosters confidence and curiosity.

Experience with SEN/SEMH is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude, clear communication, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in educational settings is desirable.
• SEN/SEMH awareness is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and a positive, supportive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across the primary age range.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.
• Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
• Help children build confidence and independence, providing extra guidance as needed.
