Job summary

The successful candidate will lead administrative and clinical teams, implement practice systems, manage rotas, and drive improvement in patient-centred care within a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Experience in general practice management and NHS primary care systems.
• Proven leadership of administrative HR processes and staff management.
• Ability to provide financial oversight and manage practice income streams.
• Experience with governance, complaints, patient feedback, and quality improvement.
• Familiarity with IT/system changes and data quality in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day practice operations and support GP partners.
