Job summary

Chiesi Group is seeking a customer-focused Account Specialist to strengthen partnerships with primary care networks across the NHS landscape. You will lead strategic account plans, deliver KPIs, and promote the AIR portfolio through tailored solutions and collaborative projects.

You will build trusted relationships with GPs, Practice Nurses, and pharmacists, delivering value and education while navigating local priorities. A strong understanding of NHS dynamics and ABPI compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales results and KPIs.
• Building and maintaining strategic customer accounts.
• Ability to tailor portfolio discussions to local healthcare needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with primary care stakeholders.
• Understanding NHS priorities and how to align with national/local plans.
• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within your territory.
• Promote AIR portfolio in line with national and local priorities.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement customer account plans across PCNs, practice clusters and individual practices.
• Identify opportunities to support customers through education, medical support and co-created projects.
• Understand customer challenges and develop tailored solutions with the team.
• Utilise digital and face-to-face channels to maximise impact.
• Gather customer insights and act as Voice of the Customer within Chiesi.
• Support sustainability and ABPI commitments through partnerships.
