Inizio Engage is launching a new Primary Care Account Specialist team to support a respiratory programme with AstraZeneca. The role focuses on building trusted relationships and engaging with Primary Care across Kent & South London, driving commercial outcomes while navigating NHS and market access landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Support awareness and implementation of evidence-based guidelines and market access positioning through compliant account engagement.
• Drive commercial success by delivering against clear commercial and account objectives.
• Identify and develop account opportunities aligned with local healthcare priorities and unmet healthcare needs.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across practices, PCNs and wider local healthcare networks.
• Identify opportunities for approved partnership working and healthcare improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to drive the business.
• Identify opportunities using data and digital capabilities.
• Bring NHS and market access knowledge, navigating local formularies and pathways.
• Maintain clinical and therapy-area expertise to engage credibly with customers.
• Operate to high compliance standards within AstraZeneca governance.
