Job summary

Sierra is seeking a pricing strategist to join our pricing team. You will work with our sales team to develop and deliver pricing proposals and ROI case studies for customers, and to help them execute deals.

You'll also collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define our overall pricing and packaging strategy. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and experience in SaaS pricing, with a strong preference for startup GTM operations exposure and complex partnership

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting, banking, strategy, or business operations.
• Startup GTM / SaaS pricing experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating complex partnerships.
• Familiarity with navigating sales cycles.
• Data-driven GTM decision making.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
