Job summary

PEI Group is seeking a pricing Associate to advise Commercial teams on pricing strategy, complex deals, and packaging improvements. You will shape pricing architecture and drive growth, collaborating with Product, Editorial, Commercial, and Finance to implement data-driven strategies in a high-growth environment.

You will design and support pricing governance, enablement playbooks, and analytics, leveraging Tableau, Excel, and CRM to maximise renewals and value capture across private markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pricing and packaging covering strategy, enablement, governance, and deal-desk support.
• Experience supporting sales with pricing model transitions.
• Experience with B2B subscription-based pricing models; Data Services preferred.
• Strong analytical capability with commercial acumen and ability to build sales enablement tooling.
• Understanding of private markets; interest in financial markets.
• Experience in entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

• Position pricing as a strategic lever for growth.
• Act as a business partner for Product, Editorial, Commercial, and Finance teams.
• Provide consultative support to sales, shaping complex deals and migrations; maximize value capture.
• Provide training, playbooks, and tools to support Commercial teams and align pricing narratives with Marketing.
• Evolve pricing model, tools, and governance to maximise renewals and new business outcomes.
• Build pricing tools and dashboards in Tableau, Excel, and CRM.
• Track renewal and new business KPIs and drive results.
• Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence.
