We're looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our Home Retail Pricing team. You'll use market insight, advanced modelling techniques, and data science to develop pricing recommendations that support business growth while delivering great customer outcomes. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you'll assess pricing performance, build and maintain innovative pricing models, and provide analytical expertise that helps shape business strategy. You'll also play an important role in mentoring colleagues, embedding strong governance and controls, and driving continuous improvement across pricing activities
Skills and experience We're looking for:
Experience in a general insurance pricing, analytics, actuarial, or similar quantitative role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience using data and modelling tools such as SQL, Radar, Tableau, Python, R, or similar analytical software.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at different levels across the business.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting the development of colleagues would be beneficial.
