Aviva plc is looking for a Pricing Manager to join their Global Corporate & Specialty Pricing team in London. You’ll join our Global Corporate & Specialty Pricing team, supporting the Probitas Lloyd’s syndicate, part of Aviva following acquisition. The team works closely with underwriters to deliver technically robust pricing for complex and high‑value risks. This role exists to lead pricing projects, manage junior team members, and act as a trusted pricing partner to the business. You’ll be accountable for the quality of pricing decisions, delivery of projects, and development of your direct report. You’ll also contribute to wider transformation work across data, tooling, and AI.
