Job summary

Doubtless Pet Care is seeking a Pricing Manager to own pricing performance across one or more brands, combining analytical thinking with strong commercial judgment. You will influence decisions with internal stakeholders and external partners, shaping pricing strategy, improving performance and driving profitable growth.

The role is hybrid in London, with a focus on delivering high-standard pricing solutions and coaching junior team members. You will engage across markets to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in General Insurance pricing.
• Strong commercial awareness and drivers of pricing performance.
• Proficient with Radar, SQL, Python, R, SAS, Emblem or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading projects and developing others.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions and manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with clients or external partners.
• Experience of line managing small teams desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing performance and commercial outcomes for one or more brands.
• Identify opportunities, risks and rising trends through performance monitoring.
• Develop and deliver pricing recommendations to support growth and profitability.
• Lead pricing initiatives from problem ID through to implementation and review.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as pricing adviser.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and tools.
• Line management responsibilities, coaching and developing junior team members.
• Ensure pricing activity adheres to governance requirements.
