Job summary

Aviva’s Pet pricing team seeks a Pricing Team Manager to shape and drive the retail pricing strategy across Aviva's Pet brands. You will lead the street pricing strategy, deliver profitable outcomes across channels, and work with a pricing team to translate data into commercial actions.

This role focuses on pricing capability development and customer outcomes within regulatory boundaries. The position requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record in margin management, trading

Qualifications

• Strong retail pricing experience, ideally within personal lines insurance.
• Experience implementing and supporting pricing strategies, including margin management, trading performance analysis and optimisation.
• Leading, coaching and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience using pricing models, data analytics and innovative pricing techniques.
