Aviva plc is seeking a Pet Pricing & Underwriting Lead to steer a high-performing team responsible for profitable growth through market-leading pricing and underwriting strategies. You will leverage deep knowledge of the UK pet insurance market, products and customer behaviours to stay competitive across direct and aggregator channels.

This senior leadership role demands commercial decision-making, trading performance and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, distributors and reinsurers

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading insurance pricing teams at a senior level.
• Strong experience in pet insurance pricing, including aggregator pricing and trading strategies.
• Deep understanding of the UK pet insurance market, customer segments and product propositions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement pricing and trading strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience translating pricing insight into business action.
