Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to lead a small, high-performing team and drive pricing strategy that supports growth and profitability. You will deliver commercial insight, influence executive decisions, and manage analytics to improve performance across the organisation.

You will work with senior stakeholders, develop robust KPIs, and produce regular reports that demonstrate tangible business results. A proactive mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in maths/economics/statistics.
• Experience working within a pricing function.
• History of managing and leading a team.
• Confidence in liaising with senior management.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Confident in generating and presenting ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the team of analysts.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to improve service from the pricing team.
• Develop high quality KPIs around pricing performance.
• Produce regular reports for internal customers, including senior leadership.
• Own continued improvement in service, reports and analytics for the network.
• Develop ideas and implement improvements to current processes.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency and integrity of the department.
