• Experience with Polaris PW rating engine tools and data visualization.
• Experience in Agile methodologies: Scrum/Kanban/BDD/TDD/Extreme Programming.
• Experience managing complex pricing projects and teams.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to influence team dynamics and skills development.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic pricing implementations and projects to support rating engine development.
• Design and propose optimised pricing solutions for pricing implementations to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain pricing algorithms using advanced coding skills in Python to meet strategic goals.
• Manage and conduct thorough testing of pricing changes before deployment, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
• Guide and mentor pricing engineers, emphasising best practices in Python coding and SQL management.
• Provide stakeholders with data-driven insights to facilitate better decision‑making.
• Develop documentation for implementations and data pipelines, ensuring security.
