Job summary

QA Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Commercial and Insights Analyst to support pricing, insight activities and MI within the Finance team. The role helps understand the impact of sales activity and product performance to support the commercial plan.

You will manage pricing data, build Excel models, and provide market and product performance insights to inform commercial decisions for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable strong Excel skills with advanced formulae.
• Understanding pricing, discounting and margins impact on performance.
• Experience building/refining reports in Power BI and Excel.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and ability to challenge appropriately.
• Analytical thinker who identifies trends and tells the data story.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and cost data driving colleague systems.
• Maintain Excel models used for commercial decisions.
• Review market data to identify opportunities and inform positioning.
• Provide insights on product launches and performance for commercial decisions.
• Support reporting for senior managers, including vendor performance.
• Assist Head of Commercial with bespoke pricing requests and MI.
