Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Central Services team. You will deliver analysis, modelling and project management behind client renewals, proposals, tenders and commercial projects to protect and improve margins.

You will work with the Group Commercial Director to shape strategy and ensure robust commercial outputs across multiple accounts. You will lead pricing, deal structuring and profitability reviews, while utilizing AI tools to enhance models and

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience in a commercially focused role (3+ years).
• Experience in the marketing industry, agency or content production.
• Strong commercial modelling and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management with account teams, finance and legal.
• Ability to turn analysis into client-ready recommendations and support negotiation.
• Fluency with AI tools from day one, improving quickly with judgement.

Aufgaben

• Analyse renewals, modelling and project manage renewals.
• Set commercial strategy for renewals with Group Commercial Director.
• Manage renewals and assemble commercial elements of proposals.
• Provide commercial modelling, pricing and deal structuring for tenders/RFPs.
• Support responses and Q&A for commercial sections.
• Monitor profitability and flag margin erosion, refer issues to owning function.
