Job summary

Online Direct Limited is seeking a organised Sales Support Executive to join our Pricing team in a hybrid role based in Northampton. You will manage pricing requests, tenders and supplier engagements, ensuring timely, accurate outcomes and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires 1–2 years in admin or customer service, excellent communication, and a proactive approach. A competitive salary and bonus, 25 days holiday, and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an administrative and customer service/support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A confident, professional telephone manner when speaking with suppliers.
• Willingness to build product knowledge and learn on the job.
• Experience in utilities, energy brokers, or business services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage bespoke pricing requests, ensuring submission, tracking and delivery within SLAs.
• Maintain visibility of live tenders and their progress.
• Build relationships with supplier pricing and commercial teams.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable outcomes.
• Support supplier engagement initiatives and ongoing relationship development.
• Gather market intelligence and pricing insights to support decision making.
• Assist pricing analysis and provide commercial recommendations for opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Produce pricing comparisons, proposal packs and tender recommendations.
• Monitor workloads and prioritise opportunities effectively.
• Identify improvements to tendering and pricing processes.
• Contribute to projects that improve broker experience.
