Job summary

Henley Executive in Reading is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join a growing Managed Technology Provider. This hybrid role supports the sales team, handles customer orders, coordinates installations and ensures a smooth order-to-delivery process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Support or related roles, strong organisational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/order processing systems. Salary up to £33,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration or Order Processing roles.
• Experience in Managed Print / IT Services is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and sales proposals for the sales team.
• Process customer orders from purchase order through to installation.
• Coordinate installation dates with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Manage purchasing, sales order processing and customer updates.
• Coordinate deliveries, logistics and installation schedules.
• Provide sales administration support across IT and Managed Print solutions.
