Qualifications
- Highly numerate with a STEM degree (2:1).
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and develop solutions.
- Experience using at least one programming language such as SQL, Python or R.
- Understanding of insurance pricing and distribution for profitability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain analysis to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the street and market pricing of Aviva Health's Small Group products.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and across business areas.
- Balance trading and profitability outcomes in pricing decisions.
