Qualifications

• Knowledge of GLMs and machine-learning such as GBMs.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in which the business operates.
• Solution-focused with high delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust behavioural and market premium models compliant with regulations.
• Maintain and enhance Radar LTV models.
• Foster collaboration with Pricing and Distribution teams.

Skills

Knowledge of retail pricing data and modelling techniques

Understanding of price optimisation and actuarial techniques

Experience using Radar pricing software

Outstanding communication skills

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Education

Higher education in a mathematics or statistics related discipline
