Qualifications

• Experienced and established Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Reception Manager / Workshop Controller.
• Must demonstrate leadership and ambassador for the brand.
• Stable career path with a track record of success.
• Prestige dealership background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and motivate staff to deliver high quality service.
• Control cost management for the service department.
• Plan workshop resources and load optimisation.
• Monitor performance with the Aftersales Manager.
• Analyse performance to identify weaknesses and drive targeted marketing.
• Review CSI surveys and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Vehicle Health Checks, upsell conversions and follow-up of deferred work.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality control of workshop.
