Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is seeking a Service Advisor for a dealership in the Bournemouth area. A strong background in a main dealer environment and superb customer service are essential.

You will handle bookings, job cards, work authorisations, and liaise with the workshop. Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge is advantageous; earning potential is £38k-£41k per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Main dealer experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Upselling and cost/sales awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the service reception.
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for work to be carried out.
• Liaise with workshop on progress of jobs.
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and upselling.
