Hofmann's of Henley in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a Sales Executive – Performance & Prestige Cars to help us double our sales volume and profit, predominantly focusing on three iconic brands: Lotus, Mercedes AMG, and Toyota GR.

This isn’t an old-fashioned car sales role. Our customers value honesty, expertise, and long-term relationships — and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

Qualifications

• A confident, personable communicator with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to connect with customers.
• Enthusiastic about performance cars; professional motor trade experience not essential.
• Self-motivated, well-mannered, and committed to delivering genuine customer care.
• A team player who values integrity, honesty, and progression.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and new customers, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a hard seller.
• Use modern sales tools, digital channels, and social media to reach and engage customers.
• Showcase and sell a carefully selected range of performance and prestige cars.
• Guide customers through the sales process with honesty, transparency, and professionalism.
• Contribute ideas and energy to our ambitious growth plan.
