Job summary

Saxtons is seeking a driven Prestige Vehicle Sales Executive to join our luxury sales team in the United Kingdom. You will sell a portfolio of prestige brands including Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, BMW, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Rolls-Royce and Tesla.

Responsibilities include running customer appointments, demonstrations, and guidance on stock, products, and financing options, with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and confident, persuasive approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle specifications.
• Sales experience: 2 years (required).
• Customer service experience: 2 years (required).

Responsibilities

• Sell prestige vehicles and related products in line with dealership policies.
• Conduct customer appointments for a seamless experience.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Educate customers on stock, products, and financing options.
• Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles and financing options.
• Negotiate deals and complete all paperwork and delivery.
• Manage orders, preparation and delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve high CSI scores through outstanding service.
