You will follow the manufacturer's sales process, manage enquiries and documentation, and pursue new and used car opportunities while maximizing repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a car sales environment, ideally within prestige or high-end brands.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and delivering memorable customer service.
• Demonstrable negotiation skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Stable employment history in a customer-facing sales role.

Responsibilities

• Follow the manufacturer's sales process accurately to meet enquiry management targets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate vehicle, customer, and sales documentation according to manufacturer standards.
• Prospect for new and used car customers using various sources and create sales opportunities.
• Use effective follow-up strategies to build long-term relationships with customers and maximise repeat business.
• Promote finance solutions and adhere strictly to FCA guidelines when discussing financial products.
• Oversee the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customer understanding of vehicle operation and aftersales support.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and both on-site and off-site activities.
• Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part exchanges.
