Hawk Hiring is seeking a highly skilled Prestige Vehicle Technician for a premier independent German and sports car specialist in the East Midlands near Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire. The role covers maintenance, disassembly, and high-end diagnostics on luxury brands, with modern bays and specialist tooling in a supportive, enthusiast-led workshop.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in prestige brands, NVQ/IMI Level 3, and a pride in premium craftsmanship, with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on workshop experience with prestige/luxury/high-performance brands such as VAG, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche.
- Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities on modern systems.
- Full UK driving licence required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing, health checks, and preventive care on sports cars and luxury models.
- Execute complex mechanical overhauls including timing chains, engines, gearboxes, suspensions and brakes.
- Conduct advanced diagnostic fault-finding and root-cause analysis on electrical and mechanical setups.
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and safety checks to specialist standards.
- Maintain clear electronic job records and ensure right-first-time quality.
