Job summary
Hawk Hiring in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / German Specialist to join our independent garage. The role offers a Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 schedule with zero weekend shifts, and a salary of £35,000–£40,000, tailored to experience and technical skill.
The successful candidate will service and repair high‑spec European vehicles, work with modern diagnostic tools, and contribute to a high‑quality, non‑corporate environment with strong job stability.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- F‑Gas certification preferred or interest in obtaining it.
- Full UK driving licence; MOT tester licence preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, general maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs on specialist European vehicles.
- Use modern diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain high standards to ensure first‑time fixes and workshop productivity.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold our reputation for specialist excellence and customer trust.
