The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in prestige/luxury brands (VAG, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche), NVQ IMI Level 3, and strong diagnostic skills. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on workshop experience with prestige brands.
• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 qualification mandatory.
• Advanced diagnostic skills and fault-finding on modern systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, health checks, and preventative care on sports cars and luxury marques.
• Execute complex mechanical overhauls including timing chains, engines, gearboxes, suspension and brakes.
• Conduct advanced diagnostic fault-finding and root cause analysis on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections and pre-MOT safety checks to high standards.
• Maintain clear electronic job records and ensure right-first-time quality.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform routine scheduled servicing, health checks (VHC), and preventative care on sports cars, luxury marques, and performance models
• Execute complex mechanical overhauls, including timing chains, engine components, gearboxes, suspension, and brake systems
• Conduct advanced diagnostic fault-finding and root cause analysis on complex electrical and mechanical setups
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and pre-MOT safety checks to rigorous specialist standards
• Maintain clear electronic job records and ensure meticulous right-first-time quality control

Candidate Profile

• Technical Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on workshop experience working with prestige, luxury, or high-performance automotive brands (VAG, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche)
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Mandatory)
• Technical Ability: Advanced diagnostic skills, strong fault-finding capabilities, and complete tool confidence on modern systems
• Mindset: Quality-focused technician with high attention to detail and genuine pride in premium craftsmanship
• Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
