Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Inspiring, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience supervising with coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and develop our Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Provide coaching to team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory checks and cash handling during shifts.
