Job summary

Optima UK Inc Ltd is seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter Operator to join a busy fabrication environment in Leicester. The role focuses on setting and operating press brake machinery to ensure high-quality production standards are consistently met.

You will read engineering drawings, select appropriate tooling, perform quality checks, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards while working toward production targets. Overtime opportunities and on-site parking are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator in a fabrication/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety in manufacturing workflows.

The Role

About You

• Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator
• Confident setting and operating press brake machinery
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude
• Good understanding of Health & Safety in manufacturing
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
