Job summary

Precision People is seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter/Operator in Desborough, Northamptonshire. Hours are Mon-Wed 2pm-12:30am and Thu 2pm-11:30pm. Pay rate up to £18.66 per hour including shift allowance, with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity.

You will read detailed engineering drawings, set and operate Amada or Bystronic press brakes, and report to the Fabrication Manager. Potential to secure permanent status for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experienced press brake setter/operator
• Confident reading technical drawings
• 3+ years with Amada or Bystronic press brakes

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
• Set and operate press brakes to required tolerances.
• Report to the Fabrication Manager and coordinate with team.
• Occasionally work independently on varied jobs and materials.
