Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The engineer will collaborate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations Departments, as well as external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide product pre-sales promotion, introduce new features to channel customers, assist in product selection, and support sales targets.
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
• Train technical engineers of channel partners to improve their technical knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback, contribute to product improvements, and communicate with product management.
• Assist in tender document preparation and participate in promotional activities like trade shows and open days.
• Offer technical support on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party integrations.
• Maintain communication with headquarters on new products and technical issues to ensure timely problem resolution.

Key Attributes:
