Job summary
Audley Travel is launching a new UK Retail store presence. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering store performance, driving conversion, and upholding premium service standards.
You will act as deputy, manage client relationships, and lead a team of Personal Travel Experts to deliver exceptional travel experiences. You will balance personal sales with team leadership, coordinate with Country Specialists, and ensure a seamless, high-quality Audley
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales or service-led environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Support overall store performance including sales, conversion and service standards.
- Lead and develop Personal Travel Experts; provide feedback and coaching.
- Deliver a premium client experience from first contact to post-trip engagement.
- Balance selling fully transactable products with tailored Audley holidays.
- Collaborate with Country Specialists to ensure seamless client journeys.
