Audley Travel invites you to join a brand-new UK Retail chapter as an Assistant Store Manager in Cambridge. You will support the Store Manager, drive premium client experiences, and lead a small team within a concession store.

With a strong sales background in premium or travel sectors, you’ll balance personal targets with mentoring colleagues, manage rotas, and ensure exceptional service from first contact to post-trip follow-up.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a sales or service-led environment.
• Proven track record of personal sales performance.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of store performance including sales, conversion and service standards.
• Proactively convert retail footfall into opportunities and pipeline.
• Actively sell holidays and role model high-quality sales behaviours.
• Coach and develop Personal Travel Experts.
• Lead in-store in Store Manager's absence.
• Manage rota planning and daily operations.
• Ensure premium client experience end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Country Specialists to deliver client experience.
