Audley Travel is hiring a Personal Travel Expert to own the client relationship in our premium retail stores, delivering seamless end-to-end experiences from initial contact to post-trip engagement. You will blend proactive selling with travel expertise to convert footfall into long-term client relationships, partnering with Country Specialists for complex itineraries.

You will operate in a sales-driven, client-facing environment with shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-driven, client-facing role within travel or premium service environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to convert footfall into opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage retail customers and convert footfall into high-quality opportunities.
• Generate demand and build a strong forward-looking pipeline.
• Design and sell holidays, taking ownership of pace, follow-up and booking confidence.
• Own the end-to-end client relationship from first interaction through to post-trip engagement.
• Collaborate with Country Specialists to deliver destination expertise and tailor-made itineraries.
