Qualifications
- Experience in a sales-driven, client-facing role within travel or premium service environments.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to convert opportunities into bookings.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage retail customers and convert footfall into opportunities.
- Design and sell holidays, owning pace, follow-up and booking confidence.
- Own end-to-end client relationships from first interaction to post-trip engagement.
- Collaborate with Country Specialists to deliver destination expertise and tailor-made itineraries.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and future travel planning.
