Job summary

Audley Travel in Reading is expanding into UK Retail stores and seeking a Personal Travel Expert to own the client relationship from first contact to post‑trip engagement. You will combine proactive sales, relationship management and travel expertise to convert footfall into long‑term client journeys.

The role requires selling fully transactable holidays within defined product areas, collaborating with Country Specialists, and delivering a premium Audley experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales‑driven, client‑facing role within travel or premium service sectors.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to convert opportunities into bookings.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end client relationships and deliver high service levels.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage store visitors and convert footfall into high‑quality opportunities.
• Generate demand and build a forward‑looking sales pipeline.
• Design and sell holidays, owning pace, follow‑up and booking confidence.
• Collaborate with Country Specialists to tailor Audley holidays.
