You will shape culture, develop talent, and ensure strong performance across in-store, online, and remote shopping channels, with emphasis on merchandising, service quality, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a premium or lifestyle retail store.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvements.
• Excellent communicator who builds relationships with customers, colleagues and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and uphold brand standards.
• Own customer experience end-to-end across in-store, online, and remote channels.
• Analyse store performance data and translate insights into practical actions for the team.
• Plan and deliver peak trading periods with the right resources and focus on customer experience and commercial results.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, housekeeping, and seasonal messaging.
