The White Company store in Silverburn is seeking a Store Manager with January 2027 start date to own the store's success, balancing commercial performance with people-led leadership and delivering a premium customer experience that reflects our brand.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage operations, visual standards, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement, while building local customer relationships and ensuring excellent service across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a premium or lifestyle retail store.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop others and build high-performing teams.
• Commercially aware with understanding of P&L, KPIs, and trading dynamics.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
• Calm, decisive and solutions-focused, especially in peak trading periods.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance across sales, payroll, stock, and profit.
• Analyse KPIs and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop the team; establish succession planning and talent development.
• Ensure premium customer experience across in-store, online, and remote channels.
• Maintain visual standards and effective store presentation across seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with Centre Management and local stakeholders to support store success.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance through robust daily routines.
