The Role of the Premium Sales Executive

The Senior Executive, Premium Sales, will drive revenue by selling hospitality memberships and match packages. The role requires a target-driven individual with strong relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sporting environment.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Drive new business through selling hospitality packages to B2B and B2C markets.
  2. Identify, contact, and nurture leads via calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
  3. Conduct sales tours and presentations to potential clients.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets.
  6. Represent Brentford FC at networking and hospitality events.
  7. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
  8. Maintain accurate CRM records.
