The Role of the Premium Sales Executive

The Senior Executive, Premium Sales will focus on proactively driving revenue through the sale of seasonal hospitality memberships and match-by-match packages across Brentford FC's Premium Hospitality inventory. This role will suit a target-driven individual with a passion for relationship-building, a strong commercial mindset, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, elite sporting environment.

This is a sales-led position, focused on new business generation, pipeline management, and working towards and exceeding personal and departmental revenue targets.

Main Accountabilities

  • Drive new business by selling seasonal and match-by-match premium hospitality packages to both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Identify, contact, and nurture leads through outbound calling, email marketing, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Conduct in-stadium sales tours and premium hospitality presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Represent Brentford FC at relevant business networking events and Club hospitality occasions to support sales generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and ensure the consistent promotion of all premium hospitality products.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all client communications and sales pipeline activity.

Person Specification - Essential Characteristics

  • Demonstrated success in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in sports, hospitality, or events.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and close high-value deals.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry and sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working to and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Numerate and data-driven with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and exert a positive influence
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required on matchdays or events.

Person Specification – Desirable Characteristics

  • Experience in a premium hospitality or sports environment.
  • Knowledge of the West London corporate market.
  • An existing client network within events or hospitality.
  • Understanding of the football industry and customer base.
