Lindt & Sprüngli (U.K.) Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a premium Lindt store. You will drive sales, manage performance, and embody the Lindt Service proposition across every customer interaction.

Based in the Cotswolds Village Store, the role involves delivering operational excellence, budgeting, and team development to ensure outstanding customer experiences in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within a retail organisation.
• Track record of leading high performing teams including people leadership and development.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.
• A highly motivated self-starter with a drive for results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Positive, proactive attitude and authenticity in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Maximise store sales turnover and profitability.
• Drive achievement of the retail plan and KPI targets.
• Monitor store KPI’s and identify opportunities and risks with action plans.
• Collaborate with line manager on trading periods and budgets.
• Support staffing levels to meet business demands and costs.
• Deliver operational excellence and flawless execution of processes and standards.
• Implement audit and loss prevention controls and ensure compliance.
• Maintain health and safety standards and training records.
• Recruit and develop store team aligned with Lindt values.
