Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Numerate with good IT and numerical skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a drive for results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Brand ambassador with Lindt service standards.

Responsibilities

• Maximising sales turnover and store profitability to grow the business.
• Drive store KPI targets and support action plans with the team.
• Collaborate with store management for key trading periods.
• Deliver outstanding Lindt service and brand representation.
