Job summary

Lindt UK seeks an experienced Store Manager to support the store management team in delivering our premium brand experience at the Cotswold Village Store. You will focus on driving sales, profitability and customer service while upholding Lindt standards.

You will lead and develop store teams, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, implement loss prevention, health and safety, and coordinate visual merchandising and in-store marketing to create a memorable Lindt shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within a retail organisation.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales turnover and store profitability.
• Track store KPIs and identify opportunities and risks.
• Align with line manager on action plans from performance reviews.
• Collaborate on opportunities for key trading periods.
• Monitor store expenditure and budgets; optimise staffing.
• Deliver operational excellence and ensure compliant processes.
• Implement audit and loss prevention controls and health & safety measures.
• Oversee in-store marketing and visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and develop the store team.
