Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli UK is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team at the Piccadilly Circus Store. This 40-hour-per-week role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards in a premium retail environment.

You will work closely with the store management team to maximise turnover, monitor KPIs, and support training and development of chocolate advisors in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting.
