Lindt UK is seeking a part-time role based at the Cotswold Store, 16 hours per week. You will support the store management team, motivate and develop chocolate advisers, and help deliver the Lindt Service proposition to customers.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, operational excellence, and a brand ambassador ethos, with emphasis on teamwork, customer delight, and maintaining presentation standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience within a retail organisation.
• Proven track record of delivering performance in a team.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.
