Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group is looking for a part-time Store Advisor to join our team at the Cotswold Store. You will support the store management in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and presenting Lindt products to the highest standards.

You will contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment, maintain brand values, and help ensure a safe and engaging shopping experience for customers during 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Numerate with good IT skills and numerical awareness.
• Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through excellent customer service.
• Track KPI performance and support action plans with the store team.
• Act as a Lindt brand ambassador and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant store environment and loss prevention.
