Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a Stadium Technical Manager to oversee all technical systems, maintenance, and safety within the stadium. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with event organisers and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements for matchdays and events.

Qualifications

• Qualified with a building services qualification (City and Guilds/HNC or equivalent).
• Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within a stadium/large venue.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance contracts and budgets.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and IOSH level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical assets and maintenance, compliance and risk management including auditing, testing and record keeping.
• Oversees technical services, utilities, life safety and match continuation systems to ensure high service levels.
• Manages planned maintenance schedules and CAFM workflows to meet statutory requirements.
• Leads pre-event checks, safety inspections and approvals with Safety Officer and authorities.
• Delivers technical guidance, audits, and escalation support; supports budget and procurement.
• Mentors in-house maintenance team and coordinates with contractors and stakeholders.
