Job summary

Dardan Security is recruiting a Front of House Concierge Officer in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering a warm welcome while maintaining a safe, secure environment across site reception.

In this client-facing role, you will support the Facilities Manager, manage contractors, and provide excellent customer service, with duties ranging from access control to incident reporting. A valid SIA Licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence is essential.
• Right to work in the UK with a five-year checkable history.
• Punctual and reliable in attendance and duties.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Act as client-facing front-of-house reception presence.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to visitors and occupants.
• Assist with contractor management and support the Facilities Manager.
• Maintain site standards and escalate incidents per procedures.
• Carry out security duties including access control and incident reporting.
