Job summary

Ward Security in London is seeking a highly motivated Senior Security Officer to support operations at a prominent corporate site. You will maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service to staff, visitors and callers.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, a minimum of one year in corporate security, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, carry out ID checks, respond to emergencies and supervise reception areas.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence
• 1+ year experience in security, preferably corporate
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and conduct

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house service for staff, visitors and callers with clear information
• Maintain high security standards, perform ID checks and report issues promptly
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and take appropriate action
• Complete accurate incident reports to management standards
• Maintain safe working environment by addressing health and safety risks
• Oversee reception and meeting area presentation and supervise cleaning staff
